Liquid technology for painting metals

Painting is a process that is carried out both on metallic materials and on plastic and carbon components. It is a metal surface coating process for decorative purposes and for protection against corrosion and aggressive agents.

Once the sandblasting treatment is finished, the product passes through the painting process, using the liquid painting technique.

PAINTING TO PERFECTION AND ENVIRONMENTAL FRIENDLY

The liquid painting technique on different types of metal surfaces is based on the use of paints with different viscosity and temperature degrees.
Furthermore, thanks to our three suction furnace cabins with a total surface of 800 square meters, we are able to carry out perfect painting and at the same time guarantee an excellent and long-lasting service that is environmental friendly.

LIQUID PAINTING

By using the liquid painting technique, since the passage of color takes place through the air and not by contact, particles are developed that must be suitably aspirated and eliminated through the use of suction furnaces with a maximum size of 20 x 10 x 6 meters.

Inside the cabins, equipped with heating to the plenum, the work is carried out with liquid paints. These are necessary interventions to protect against rust, corrosion and bad weather.
